The L-type PT100 temperature sensor from Khodiyar Electricals is a resistance temperature detector (RTD) designed in an “L” shape for accurate temperature measurement in industrial and scientific applications. It uses a platinum PT100 element with a resistance of 100 ohms at 0°C, following the standard PT100 temperature–resistance characteristics for precise and stable readings.

This sensor features a platinum RTD element enclosed in a stainless steel sheath bent into an “L” configuration. The longer arm is inserted into the process or medium being measured, while the shorter arm allows convenient connection to monitoring or control systems. Commonly used in process control, HVAC systems, laboratories, and research equipment, the L-type design ensures easy installation, while the stainless steel sheath offers strong protection against harsh environments, chemicals, and mechanical stress.
